訂購流程 How To Order
1. 下單 Ordering

C. 網頁電郵：瀏覽「聯絡我們」> 填寫資料 > 按「Send傳送」
Make order via our website : Go to "Contact Us" and fill in contact form.
2. 等待客服回覆 Waiting CS Reply
下單後，客服查存貨後，會以Whatsapp或電郵回覆入數資料。
Our CS will check the stock availability and get reply you ASAP via Whatsapp or email, together with the payment details.
3. 付款方式 Payment Method
本店暫只接受銀行轉帳：恆生銀行 或 中國銀行。
We accept bank transfer only at the moment : Hang Seng Bank or Bank of China
入數後，請Whatsapp下列資料至64999228 或 電郵至gnetstore@hotmail.com，
以完成訂單，請自行保留入數紙：
After payment, please whatsapp below details to 64999228 or email to gnetstore@hotmail.com. Please keep the payment sheet.

4. 發貨 Delivery of Goods
確定收妥款項後，本店會安排發貨，發貨先後會按入數次序而排。貨品寄出後，
亦會提供順豐運單編號，方便閣下追查。
Once the payment is confirmed "RECEIVED", we will arrange delivery in order via SF Express
and provide you the waybill number for tracking.
🌸 星期日為休息日，不會發貨。
Sunday is closed for service, no goods will be sent out.
🌸 貨品一般會於一星期內發出。如貨品需時預訂，寄貨時間會另作通知。
Normally goods will be delivered within 1 week. If the item needs pre-order,
we will notify you the delivery date ASAP.
🌸 如缺貨會另行通知，客人可選擇等待返貨或申請退款。
If item is out of stock after payment, customer can either wait for stock back or get full refund.
退貨或換貨安排 Return & Exchange

本公司有權拒絕一切「非因損壞」而提出的退貨要求。
The company has the right to reject all return requests which are not due to damaged goods.

所有貨品於發貨前都會先檢查貨品無誤、無損壞才會寄出。收貨後，如發現貨品有損壞而需要換貨，請於收貨後一星期內提出，本店會再作安排。
All goods will be checked and inspected before delivery. If it is found that the goods are damaged and
need to be exchanged, please submit it within 1 week after receiving goods and we will make follow-up.

如客人自行買錯貨品，本公司不設退換。
We don't accept any goods returns or refunds if customer bought the wrong product.

如因商品損壞而換貨，但換貨後本店發現該商品其實沒有損壞，只是使用不當，本公司有權追討相關來回運費。
If the goods are replaced due to damage, but we found that the goods are not damaged, only improper
use by customer himself/herself, we have the right to recover the relevant shipping cost.
